LawFor Each player can, one time during the game, do the following. ACTION: While having a unit occupy a sector with any wormhole, spend 3 trade goods to gain one of their intergalactic teammate's commander ability. That commander must be unlocked to use the ability.Against Shuffle all Alliance promissory notes at your table's game from anywhere they currently exist. Deal one to each player, making sure nobody receives their own. All normal promissory note rules apply, with it going faceup immediately.
